I found Omair, the houseman, very helpful. He set up my sofa bed quickly. It was neat, and he did it with care.
I was here for only one night but I'm a little frustrated. The bathroom lacked a separate tub, the shower curtain was moldy.

We wanted A staycation downtown. The staff was cute and helped us with my twin girls. They even set up a play tent in the room. Amenities are great. We used the pool, and it works for my little ones. If we needed anything, the staff delivered it in minutes.

Our Beautiful King Room River View included two panoramic windows WITH skyline views. The room had a full kitchenwith all amenities. Everything was clean and very comfortable, that makes for a great experience.

The concierge was friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room. The manager WAS patient with us through the entire check-in and check-out process. The staff delivered items to our room quickly.

modern technologyanticipated need
The valet stored my Segway scooters. I needed them immediately when I asked and the room was fully equipped. Everything was technologically modern and the hotel anticipated every need I might have.

noisy ac
the hotel staff members were approachable and willing to help when needed.
the ac was noisy and i pointed it out. maintenance arrived but it didn't help. i wasted time on it until i had to ask to change rooms (which annoyed me). they weren't very helpful.
